Have you always wanted to try some wild and exotic cuts of meat? From Wednesday 26th of April we will be introducing ‘Wild Meat Wednesday’ with cuts of meats such as Ostrich, Water Buffalo, Kangaroo and more on the menu!
Experience exciting new flavours every Wednesday at the Belfry Steakhouse. Each week we will feature 3 unique cuts of meat for you to try. You’ll get to choose from meats like Wild Boar, Goat and Bison. Our chefs will be crafting exciting specials around these dishes for you to enjoy.
These cuts of meat will only be available on our ‘Wild Meat Wednesdays’ every week so book your table to try some of these exciting new flavours. Make sure you follow our Facebook page to find out which exotic meats will be on the menu each week.
As well as our unique cuts of meat you will also be able to eat from our popular standard evening menu featuring over 8 cuts of steak.
As exotic cuts of meats are less common in restaurants we only use approved suppliers that care about the welfare and sustainability of the meats they source. Our exotic meats are carefully sourced from producers who actively participate in environment and protection programs. We care about where we get our cuts of meat to ensure they attain the highest possible standards of conservation, sustainability, welfare and hygiene.
