All of our steaks are locally sourced, aged for 32 days and grilled over the hot coals of the Josper. Cooked to your liking and served with a grilled tomato, onion skins and Steakhouse chips.

8oz Fillet

The most lean and tender cut. The fillet comes from the lower middle of the back and does the least work making it incredibly tender. £24.95

8oz Flat Iron

Flat iron or top blade is from the shoulder of the animal with a uniform thickness. A tasty cut with a deep, rich flavour. £15.95

8oz Sirloin

A tender cut from the upper middle of the animal. Well marbled with fat and a more notable ‘beefier’ flavour. Perfect with strong sauces. £19.95

12oz T Bone

A large cut with one side sirloin and the other fillet. The ‘T’ bone adds extra flavour and gives its signature look. £27.50

12oz Rump

From the lower back of the animal. Packed with flavour and a deep mineral savouriness. £18.95

12oz Sirloin on the Bone

A tender cut from the upper middle of the animal with the bone left on for extra flavour and juiciness when grilling. £20.95

16oz Chateaubriand

Lean and exquisitely tender. A thick tapered cut from the head of the fillet with a buttery texture and delicate flavour. £39.95

16oz Ribeye 

A succulent, full flavoured cut from the upper rib cage enriched with a natural nugget of fat that caramelises and tenderises the meat when cooked. £39.95

39 oz Tomahawk

Shaped like a tomahawk axe with the bone extending out, this well marbled steak shares similar flavours to a ribeye but with extra flavour coming from the bone when cooked. £52.50
